Uses
Culinary
Its baby leaves are used as salad, while the full-sized leaves can be stir fried. It can also be added to soups. By themselves they are rather bitter, however when prepared with onion, garlic and bacon, they turn out to be considerably more gentle in flavour.
Growing Information
Moist the germination soil before sowing the seeds on it. Generally, it takes about 35 – 40 days from sowing to harvesting.
